I came across a very unique loft community in Atlanta called Troy-Peerless Lofts. These lofts are located on Glen Iris in an authentic old brick building that used to be a laundry facility many years ago. The interesting thing about these lofts is that each and every one of the  32 lofts is unique…they have some similiar qualities but none are the same.  The units feature original exposed brick walls, concrete or hardwood floors, original windows, new kitchens and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The building also features a rooftop deck, garden terrace, fitness room, club room, assigned parking, dog walk area and storage. Another reason to buy at this particular development is that there is a property tax incentive until 2017. These lofts are offered for sale from 159,900-329,900.
